  1. been using one since it came out. i am still in love with it. works good for work (IT pro) and home life. mine is 250GB SSD/8gb ram. i would like to upgrade the drive to 1 or 1tb soon and memory too if it is not soldered in

  2. You might also want to note that the trackpad on the 700 keyboard is not Precision Touch. If you want a Lenovo Miix with this feature then you need to go for the 720.

  3. Hi Andrew, I'd really value your thoughts on the Miix 720, as I've decided not to wait for the Eve V.

  4. my wife smashed the lcd of hers this week and repair center says lenovo no longer supply replacement lcd for lenovo miix 700. so great laptop unless you ever break the screen in which case its a write off. Her model was manufactured dec 2015 and no replacement LCD. unbelieveable!

  5. This is simply a perrrrfect review, I really appreciate it. Is there a strong competitor to the Lenovo Miix 700 with the current specs and price tag? Thank you 🙂

  6. Thank You for this informative vid. I'm about to buy one of these. Been researching 2-in-1s for a while, now. One concern I have, is the Samsung SSD. I'm not a huge fan of that company. Question: If the SSD fails, can a new one be user-installed? I see some notebooks w/memory & SSD soldered directly to their MB. Is that the case w/the Miix 700? Thank You 🙂

  7. Hey, I have a new doubt. Since you hadn't made a Dell 12 latitude 7275 review what would be you pick between the m7 latitude and the m7 x2 spectre?

  8. I was thankful for your review of the Lenovo Mix700, it was extremely informative and engaging and in the end your review helped me make my decision. You do an EXCELLENT job at your reviews, keep going!!

  9. Hey, I have to choose a 2 in 1 and I'm between the HP Spectre x2 m7 model and the Lenovo Miix 700 m7 model. Since you tested and reviewed both, witch one would you pick.

  10. Hi. I'm a student and wanna buy an 2 in 1 notebook for studying but I can't decide whether I should buy the miix 700 or the miix 510. Which one would you chose?

Thanks in advance and nice video btw.

  11. Just a little bit of info. I'm a Miix 700 owner, and I've had keyboard problems. Quite a few of us have been experiencing keystroke "drops", where 2-5 keystrokes aren't registered. Looks like it happens to fast typers mainly. For any one having this, the issue is now fixed with a firmware upgrade, head over to the Lenovo forums for more information.

  12. Hi Andrew. I request a review of the Acer Aspire 15.6" Laptop (E5-575G-527J). Acer and Microcenter have it for sale at $600. It has a Kaby Lake processor and Nvidia 950M graphics.

  13. repairability is a big advantage over surface pro 4. Only undo several screws (behind the kickstand) to easily disassemble the device for battery replacement or SSD upgrade.

  14. i just wanted to ask, is the keyboard working well?A lot of users are complaining that the keyboard is missing several key strokes, sometimes even words. This issue is the only thing that is holding me back from buying it.Can you plz check for a firmware update and test the issue?

  15. The soft speakers and no back lit keyboard is deal breaker for me. The price now is very tempting but I'm holding out for the Asus.
