Lenovo K3 Note (K50-T5)
Replacing LCD display with touch digitizer and frame
Zamjena LCD displeja sa digitalizatorom i okvirom
The Lenovo K3 Note (K50-T5) is a relatively inexpensive smartphone from 2015., but still quite powerful even today. The exploitation time has been shown
that his LCD display digitizer is a problematic component that many users had to replace soon or later.
The purpose of this video is to show replacement procedure even to inexperienced users.
For this purpose it is best to buy already assembled set of LCD display with touch digitizer and frame for ~30$ because the replacement process is much simpler than the option to buy only a digitizer for ~10$ whose replacement requires certain expert knowledge and skills.
The tools used are the cheap mobile phone repair tools (“Mobile Phone Repair Tool Set”) that you can purchase on an e-bay for just a few dollars.
They are mostly of poor quality, but they can serve the purpose.
pokazati ostupak zamjene problematične komponente i skroz neiskusnim korisnicima.

I was going to try this but it seems way too difficult 😕…
lcd price ????
This is the best installation video I have seen so far, very HD. Thank you!
Hi there, today I tried to perform a touch screen/digitizer only repair, because the LCD underneath didn't seem damaged. It did have some discoloration underneath the streaks of the shattered touch screen, but I thought these would be gone once I removed the touch screen. Turns out removing the touch screen only (armed only with an hair dryer) isn't as easy as I thought it would be and I ended destroying the LCD underneath, a black spot appeared on one side. Turns out you need to be a really good repairman to separate touch from LCD, because there's glue holding the two together.
Up until now I only repaired some older cheaper phones/tablets and they only had glue along the edges. I think this means that they weren't laminated, like K3 Note. Anyway, I'll be ordering an LCD+touch+frame assembly off of Aliexpress now for 25$ and doing what you did in the video. I probably should have done this right away. I'm nowhere near skilled enough to pull off what I wanted to pull off. Your video is going to be really helpful, and you didn't even use any kind of heating to remove the black tape underneath the battery at 12:37. I saw other videos that applied heating to it, removing the tape and then releasing the cables. Wow, I really wrote a long winded reply. 🙂
