  1. Any other recommendations on how to speed up and make this expensive paper weight run better. Different OS? Specific programs to get rid of?

  3. dude are you sure it's not compatible with m.2 nvme because I have the same device and I had called the dell support and they told me that it's compatible with the 2 kinds off SATA can you please help me and is there something can I do to figure out please tell me quickly I am gonna buy the m.2 right now because there is discount

  4. The design of this series of laptop is so poor, it borders on ludicrous. I had to actually see this video for myself to believe I had to remove the keyboard and faceplate, just to remove the back, just to replace the hard drive with an ssd. Dell really has sunk to an all time low with laptop design. I would never have bought a Dell laptop, rather it was purchased for me. My best advice, avoid Dell for laptops, they really are pathetic pieces of garbage.

  5. Thank you for posting this! It clearly shows the laptop is supposed to have a DVD drive, but of course some didn't come with on

  6. So I see you installed 16gb, but does the PC utilize all of it or did you just install a bunch of useless RAM? I don't want to buy too much ram for my system.

  7. I clone the drive but it will not boot to it. How do you get the UEFI to accept a new cloned drive. I used EZgig 6.

  8. I agree, can't you just unscrew the bottom? why go through the trouble of removing the keyboard, etc..based on the video the ram, HD, etc can be accessed from the bottom of the laptop.
